What Are Your Hours of Operation?

During the ski season, we are open from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm every day of the week.  During the summer we are open 9:30 am until 6:00 pm daily and we are closed during the shoulder season between resort closing and resort opening.

Do You Have a Physical Location?

In addition to our Mobile Valet Vans, we have a walk-in location at the Park City Mountain Village.  If our Mobile Valet Vans are booked or you'd rather walk-in to drop your luggage visit us in our retail location inside the Shadow Ridge Hotel. Located at 50 Shadow Ridge Rd. Walk in and turn right past the reception desk, we are on the left.

How Much Does it Cost to Valet My Luggage?

To keep things simple we use a flat rate per bag. Each bag is $10 regardless of size. Ski bags and those oversize luggage pieces are the same prices as your carry-on.  Mobile services can be added on for just $25 for pick-up or delivery...2 bags or 20 bags the delivery fee is a flat rate of $25.     Premium services start at $100 and include four bags and all the services included with our premium option.

The Calendar Says My Selected Date and Time is Not Available!

The ability to book online closes one hour prior to available time slots. If you are booking on short notice, please call to book and we will make every attempt to accommodate your service.  During peak times our Valet service fills up fast, please book in advance to avoid disappointment. If our Valets are booked for the time you need consider using our walk-in services with optional Vacation Rental check-in delivery.

Does Walk-In Luggage Storage Fill-up

We hate to turn anyone away but on busy days we do reach capacity. If you want to guarantee space for your luggage please consider booking your Walk-In luggage storage online in advance of your arrival. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for Sold-Out updates.

What if I Need My Bags Early?

If you need your bags earlier than your scheduled drop-off, we will make every effort to get them to you at an earlier time. Accommodating early deliveries may include meeting you in an alternative location to expedite your drop-off. Please call us if you need to make any changes to scheduled drop-off times.

What if We Need to Pick-up or Have Our Luggage Delivered After 6pm?

We offer late nite service options If you have a late flight out of Salt Lake City and need to pick up or have your Luggage delivered after 6 pm.  For any service after 6 pm, we charge a flat fee of $25. You can choose to have your luggage delivered or come back to our retail location anytime before 9:30 pm. The late service fees goes entirely to the team member that stayed late for an extra long day.

What if I Am Late?

For our Mobile services, we want to make everyone happy as often as possible but, we run a relatively tight schedule, and we never want to miss a delivery. Your scheduled booking includes a 10-minute window, and after this time, there is a $7 late fee charge. If you miss a pick-up, your booking is non-refundable, and we can not guarantee rescheduled pick-up. If you’re late or miss your drop-off and we must leave for another booking, we will contact you for an end-of-day drop-off, and there will be a $15 late return fee.

Do Your Store Luggage for Longer Than One Day?

We do offer both Mid-term and Long-term storage of your luggage and seasonal gear. Click on the Other Services tab in the menu and select Long Term Storage.

Do You Provide Airport Services?

At this time our services are limited to the greater Park City Area and we do not provide Airport Valet Services. If you are a large group or production service needing Valet services for a large number of items or gear please contact us for customized options.
